What Is Live365?

It has been brought to out attention that a number of Anti-virus applications have begun to block Studio365 from several operating systems: namely Systems 7 and 8. Although Studio365 is virus-free, there appears to be a 'false positive' identifying it as malicious. After some testing it has been determined, the most expeditious resolution is to create an exception to allow Studio365 to run. When creating an exception you will want to allow the entire Live365 folder in the program files (commonly located in C: Program files | live365 folder). Live365 is diligently working on a more permanent fix.

Here are a few helpful links on how to allow a folder access through your Anti-virus:

- Symantec (Norton) : http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=HOWTO80919

- AVG: http://www.avg.com/us-en/faq.num-5187

- Avast!: https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=38833.0

- TrendMicro: http://esupport.trendmicro.com/Pages/How-do-I-set-the-Personal-Firewall-of-Trend-Micro-Internet-Sec-EN-1038233.aspx

If you do not see your antivirus application here (i.e Pando, Bitdefender ect..) Please reply to Support@live365.com And we will locate the process as quickly as possible.
