Check your email after you have activated your VIP membership with the Amazon promotion. We will send you a VIP activation confirmation e-mail that contains your $10 Amazon MP3 code as soon as your credit card payment goes through.

If you didn’t get the confirmation e-mail:

1. Check your bulk or junk mail folder. Your message may have been placed there by your email SPAM filter.
2. Have your VIP member name ready and contact our Billing Department.

Visit www.amazon.com/Live365 to use your $10 Amazon MP3 claim code. Input your code and use it for Amazon MP3 download products until the full value of the code is depleted, or the code expires, whichever occurs first.

New users will be required to establish an Amazon.com account, for which there is no charge. You will be required to have a valid credit card on file with your account, but it will not be charged for your initial $10 in Amazon MP3 download purchases before code expiration.

A code may be used entirely in one single shopping transaction or in multiple shopping transactions on the www.amazon.com/mp3 Web site.

If the retail price of the music you download exceeds the value of your code, the remainder of the retail price not covered by the code must be paid using a credit card or other valid payment means accepted by Amazon. Taxes apply in some states.

Yes, your Amazon MP3 claim code will be valid through October 31, 2009.

No. The code may be used solely toward the purchase of one or more MP3 download products (i.e., albums or tracks) then available in the Amazon MP3 music store.

Additionally, claim codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and not combinable with any other special, discount, or promotional offers.

No. You cannot pay for this promotion using a Live365 Gift Certificate, because our system does not allow two promo/gift codes to be used at once – we’re already using a promo code to facilitate the 50% discount off the 3-month VIP Membership package. You may, however, use your Gift Certificate to pay for future renewals of your VIP Membership. Please contact Customer Service for further assistance.
