How do I cancel my free trial?
Please don't cancel your free trial without letting us know why you want to end your services. You can accomplish both goals by sending a note to cancellations@live365.com. You will be automatically billed at the end of your free trial if you do not send a cancellation email before your free trial period is over.
Please include your Live365 username and Account number in your cancellation email.
