When I launch Player365, I get an "Initializing Embedded Player" error message.

If you're getting an "Initializing Embedded Player" error message when you open up our stations, this typically is caused due to an out-dated version of the Adobe Flash Player. This issue typically occurs only for IE users.

To correct this, you can do one of the following:

1. Go to http://www.adobe.com and download the latest Flash Player. You'll want to then clear out your cookies and temporary internet files and re-start your browser.
2. Select a different player (we recommend you use the Player365-WMP option if you don't want to use flash). You can do this by going to the Listen Settings page.
3. If you are a Live365 VIP Member, you can download our Radio365 player. The Windows version of this player can be downloaded at http://www.live365.com/downloads/radio365-win.
