Listening / Skips Pauses Or Buffers

The audio skips, pauses, or buffers while I listen to Live365 stations. What should I do?

On occasion, some listeners may notice that the audio for the station they listen to skips, pauses or buffers. This is generally caused by bandwidth problems -- where somewhere along the way the audio can not be successfully transmitted through a connection.

To troubleshoot your connection or bandwidth, it's recommended that you run these tests when a) things are working correctly b) when you are experiencing problems.

To run these tests, please go to http://nettools.live365.com/tools.html and click on the "Traceroute Server" link. This test may take a few minutes to complete.

You should save the results and send them to techsupport@live365.com.
