I'm a VIP member, but I'm getting messages that I'm on a free trial. What should I do?
If you are using Radio365-Desktop and you get a message that you are in the middle of a free trial period but you are already a VIP member, you simply need to log into your VIP account to re-gain full VIP status on this player.
You can log into your account on Radio365-Desktop (Windows) by clicking on the Options button on the bottom right corner of the player. Once you log back into this player with your VIP status, you should see a green VIP logo on the face of this player.
On the Radio365-Mac software, you can log into your VIP account by going to the Radio365 menu, selecting Preferences and logging into your account under the Account tab.
