Can a firewall or proxy affect my ability to listen?
If your company has a proxy server or firewall in place it may prevent a connection to Live365. Please contact your company's system administrator for assistance. Our broadcasts run on many ports ranging from 4000 - 32000.
We have updated our system, where has made our stations more readily available on Port 80 to listeners. However, if you continue to have issues, you will want to contact your system administrator of your network to see if www.live365.com is being blocked.
If you choose to listen with Player365, you can enter in your proxy server IP and port via our Listen Settings page, which you can access by going to www.live365.com and scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on the Listen Settings link.
