Why can't I connect with the Blackberry? (Poor Data Connection)
Some phone manufacturers/carriers do not automatically set up the streaming TCP connection. The settings must be entered manually by the user.
If you cannot connect using your mobile data connection and are getting the "Poor data connection" error when the application first starts, try checking that your TCP settings are properly entered on your phone as follows:
From your Blackberry homepage/desktop, go to "Options" then "Advanced Settings" then "TCP" and you should see APN/Username/Password filled in.
If that data is missing/blank, please use the following link to help you find your carrier/country and enter the proper data. If your carrier isn't listed or the settings do not work, please contact your mobile carrier for the settings.

If it still does not work properly, please call T-Mobile and tell them the TCP settings don't seem to be working and ask them to get the "wap.voicestream.com Internet Access Point Name" added to your BlackBerry account at no extra charge.
