What Blackberry OS version do I need to use the Live365 application?

At this time, our Live365 application works best when you're using the Blackberry OS 4.5 or higher. To find out which OS you have, go to "Options" and select the "About" option, which will look something like this:

 BlackBerry
 smartphone (3G, CDMA)
 v4.7.0.148 (Platform 4.0.0.181)

The v4.7.0.148 means you are on OS version 4.7.

OS 4.5 or higher is preferred. If you're on a previous version of this software, you can upgrade it by going to the Blackberry website. This may take some advanced knowledge, if you're setting up the upgrade through this site.
