When I use a third party broadcasting software, why can't I connect to my broadcast server?
If you're having problems connecting to your station's Live365 server when using a third party broadcast software, please make sure that the server for your station is turned on.
First off, you will want to make sure you are broadcasting in Live mode. Then, to check and make sure that the server is turned on, you will want to go to the Controls Page. Once you have confirmed that your server is turned on, go back into the third party software and fire up your broadcast.
